A diary that fills itself, and half as many forgotten appointments
For a clinic, a salon or a garage, an empty Tuesday-morning slot never comes back. How to fill it and keep it.

What you get out of it
Appointments get booked without anyone picking up, and the day-before reminder saves the slots you used to lose.
Appointments are still made by phone
Online forms suit the people who book from the sofa in the evening. A large share of your customers call: because they want an answer now, because they have a question before committing, or simply because they always have. Removing the phone means losing them.
It only offers what is genuinely free
The agent reads your calendar, accounts for how long the service takes, and blocks the slot the second the customer agrees. No double bookings, no appointment written in a notebook and then forgotten. The confirmation goes out by text with the date, time and address — a customer holding the confirmation gets the day wrong far less often.
The reminder is the slot you get back
An appointment confirmed but forgotten costs you exactly the same slot as one never made. An automatic reminder the day before lets the customer move it rather than simply not turn up. A slot freed twenty-four hours ahead is a slot you can still sell.
Common questions
- Does it plug into the calendar I already use?
- It works with your Google calendar: it reads availability there and writes appointments there. You keep seeing your week where you see it today.
- What if the customer wants to move or cancel?
- They do it by phone, the same way they booked: the slot frees up in your calendar and you see it straight away.
